The Michael Phelps of tattooing

I mentioned yesterday that the Richmond Tattoo Arts Festival is this upcoming weekend, and I’ll be there representing Tattoo Snob. Amongst the artists in attendance will also be Russ Abbott, the Michael Phelps of tattooing. With that many awards in just two weekends, you know Russ is going to take home at least one or two at this convention as well. Hell, I’m willing to bet if the piece below showed up, it could earn itself a slot.

If you’re going to be at the convention, stop by the Ink and Dagger Tattoo booth and give Russ an “atta’boy!” If you can’t make it, follow Ink and Dagger on Twitter to see what the shop has been up to.
