Written on the (testimonial) wall
Posted by Kevin on May 13th, 2010Once again, Off the Map Tattoo has launched something truly unique. They now have a testimonial wall in which customers can share their experiences at the shop for others to read.
Not that anyone is asking me – but I think it’s ideas like this that separate the good from the great. Sometimes a customer just needs a little reassurance they’re going to the right shop, and why not put that right next to an artist portfolio?
