On your face

I’m curious how many of our readers have larger facial tattoos. I’m only asking because I want to know what it’s like to have people constantly, blatantly staring at your face. Looks like this guy knows all about it…

Tattoo by Dan Sinnes in Luxembourg.

My boyfriend is a tattoo artist and has traditional cobwebs and blades on his face. He has lots of art. People ask daily “Did that hurt?” It is so annoying. The next question is “how much do you think a piece this size would cost…” We have even been grocery shopping and had a woman throw her leg up on our cart to ask ‘what was wrong’ with her tattoo. People that are not part of the tattoo culture do not understand. We are artists. He is committed to the art of tattooing. He will never be a banker, but he would never want to be a banker.
