This Saturday, Torch Tattoo will be celebrating their one year anniversary with a party and an art show. As you can see below, they have a ridiculous list of artists involved with the art show. There’s no doubt this will be the place on Saturday night.
A client came into Torch Tattoo with a photograph of a tattoo his grandfather had received while serving during WWII. You can see a photo of the ‘original’ on left and the grandson’s tribute on the left.
Frankly, I’m surprised more people aren’t paying homage to the vets (or bikers) in their family trees in this way.

I’ve always been a fan of these pseudo Misfits/Marilyn Monroe tattoo pieces. You see them pretty often (which has always been the reason I never got one) but rarely are they as well done as the one below.
I have to admit, seeing a solid one has me thinking twice about getting one…
