Don’t stop believing

While I’ve seen an abundance of tattoos with these lyrics, I think it’s safe to call this the weirdest one in the existence of mankind.

Awards for the manliest of the men

Unfortunately I don’t think I’ll be taking home a trophy at Man Day. Don’t get me wrong, I’m not scared of a bowl of hot wings – I just don’t think I’ll be able to complete against the manliest of the men.

Now if a quick typing event is added to the agenda – save the trophy for me.

Man Day is thirty days away!

Now that Man Day is exactly 30 days away, my countdown has officially started. The hotel is booked, travel plans are scheduled, and I’ve even planned out where I’m going to put my mustache tattoo.

Who else will be be coming to join us in the festivities?

Myke Chambers: On the road again

It looks like Myke Chambers has the rest of his summer planned out, and it appears he’s spending a majority of the time on the road. From July to the end of October, Myke is going to be in a variety of cities for guest spots and tattoo conventions.

If you’re interested in getting tattooed by Myke, check the details of where and when after the jump.

A still shot

A couple people have asked to see an actual picture of the tattoo from the collaboration video I posted earlier this week.

Please keep in mind this tattoo was fresh when this picture was taken. I was going to take a picture tonight, but it’s just a couple days away from being fully healed.

Ink & Dagger Tattoo presents Man Day 2010

Ink and Dagger Tattoo have announced their second annual Man Day will be taking place on August 14th, 2010. The video documenting Man Day 2009 is below, but Russ Abbott warned us this years event will be bigger and even more manly.

The time is now

I’m always curious how much people think about placement when it comes to their tattoos. For example, do you think this clock around the heart is a representation of an internal clock?

All or Nothing collaboration special

This coming weekend is the Atlanta Tattoo Arts Festival, and the artists at All or Nothing Tattoo are looking to do some collaboration work. Details are vague, but apparently they’re looking to give someone a deal. If you’re interested, contact the shop.

Squid-dish

After coming up with this clever title, I realized this is actually an octopus and not a squid. Or is it? I don’t know what the differences are, and the internet is telling me it largely depends on their behavior or the environment.

Obviously this is a squid.

A matter of chests

As a male with a chest piece, hiding it has always been easy. Occasionally a shirt hangs low and the top peaks out, but other than that it’s never been a problem. I hadn’t considered what it would be like it from a female’s stance. I’ve been told with the number of shirts being open/half top, it can be difficult to hide a large chest piece.

Ladies, does this make a difference to you? I’m interested in hearing opinions about this…
