Self proclaimed ‘realistic polka trash’

This type of tattoo is usually Julene’s bag, but this was too good not to post immediately. ‘Realistic polka trash’ is how Volko describes his work, but “holy shit” pretty much sums it up for me.

Jun Cha’s latest tango in Paris

Jun Cha just wrapped up a trip in Paris, and updated his blog with pictures from the trip. With the number of pictures that were posted, you can get a good idea of what Jun’s trip looked like.

The black & grey bomb

I try to balance the amount of color versus black and grey we post on the site, but let’s be honest – the color vastly outweighs the black and grey. I don’t know if that’s a good thing or a bad thing, but it definitely makes me appreciate amazing black and grey work when I see it.

A Werewolf in Essex

Ok, so I lied. There’s no werewolf in Essex, but I’m pretty sure he’s been everywhere else over the past fifty years.

In other news, Jason Butcher will be at The Liverpool Tattoo Convention for the first time ever. It’s not until May, so if you’re interested in getting tattooed, I suggest you contact Jason sooner than later.

We always appreciate when locals convince their favorite shop to submit work to Tattoo Snob. That’s exactly how we stumbled across this piece by Craig Moston.

If you’re interested in seeing your local shop or favorite artist on Tattoo Snob, send us a link or your favorite piece to TattooSnob@gmail.com.

Storms on the Sea

This tattoo is significantly different than the other work we’ve posted by Deran Hall. It’s always nice to see an artist be versatile, and mix it up a little bit.
