Everybody loves Coco

I don’t want to say there’s been a resurgence in the popularity of the fashion icon that was Coco Chanel… but there’s certainly been an increased interest in both her and her work in the last few years by people who, be it by birth or luck of the draw, are not living at the price point that the modern Chanel brand caters to.

As far as Chanel tattoos go, I think this one really stands apart from the crowd. After they released of a series of temporary tattoos last spring I wasn’t sure if I’d ever stop seeing them as ‘real’ work… this strikes me as a nice in-between.

Chanel, forever!

Several months ago, Chanel announced they would be selling temporary tattoos from their runways–five sheets featuring 55 designs–for a mere $75 on their website. Looks like Grant Cobb’s client took this runway trend to a whole new level. Nicely done, ma’am!
