<p style="text-align: left;">I can&#8217;t even be outraged by this, though obviously some people will be. Surely CNN can&#8217;t be taking themselves seriously when reporting about stuff like this. Taken with a grain of salt and an appreciation for the absurd, this clearly vies for best tattoo-related news report of a new decade.</p>
