Just a reminder that Ink & Dagger Tattoo are hosting the 2011 Man Day this Saturday.
If you’re anywhere near Atlanta, I highly suggest checking this out. I went last year, and it was one of my favorites events of the year – by far.

Good luck goes out to Captain Stab-Tuggo who will be performing at the Ripley’s Believe it or Not! in St. Augustine, Florida. Ripley’s will be celebrating ‘National Sword Swallowers Day’ on February 26th.

Kevin tried to tell me that posting a portrait of Muhammad Ali on Man Day was unnecessary. I don’t think it gets much more manly than a portrait of The Champ in his prime.
I think I get an honorary mustache for finding this one, personally.

There are some tattoos that I just know I couldn’t pull off – and this is one of them. This a tough as nails chest piece, and as much I like to think I’m a mans man, I can’t walk around with this on my chest.
For the record, the thickness of that beard is awfully manly too. I can’t pull that off either.

Unfortunately I don’t think I’ll be taking home a trophy at Man Day. Don’t get me wrong, I’m not scared of a bowl of hot wings – I just don’t think I’ll be able to complete against the manliest of the men.
Now if a quick typing event is added to the agenda – save the trophy for me.
Now that Man Day is exactly 30 days away, my countdown has officially started. The hotel is booked, travel plans are scheduled, and I’ve even planned out where I’m going to put my mustache tattoo.

Ink and Dagger Tattoo have announced their second annual Man Day will be taking place on August 14th, 2010. The video documenting Man Day 2009 is below, but Russ Abbott warned us this years event will be bigger and even more manly.
